Best Wearable Vibrators: 3 Picks Designed to Be Worn

A wearable vibrator is designed to stay in place on its own, so your hands are free. That can mean three different things: a toy worn inside the body, one worn against the vulva in underwear, or one that does both.
The three picks below come from our Vibe Picks collection. Each maker explicitly describes its pick as wearable, and we chose one for each way of wearing. For each, we set out how the maker says it’s worn, how you control it while it’s on, and what the maker does and doesn’t say about noise.
Quick picks
- Worn internally: Lovense Lush 4
- Worn externally, in underwear: SVAKOM Edeny
- Internal and external at once: Lovense Flexer
Three ways to wear a vibrator
Internal
An egg-shaped vibrator sits inside the vagina, with a tail that stays outside the body. The stimulation is internal; it doesn’t press on the clitoris.
External, in underwear
A small vibrator rests against the vulva and is held there by underwear. Nothing is inserted. Our guide to panty vibrators compares how different designs stay in place.
Internal and external at once
A panty-style vibrator has an insertable arm and an external pad, so it stimulates both areas while worn.
As with any vibrator, start from what already works for you alone. Being able to wear a toy doesn’t change which kind of stimulation your body responds to.

The picks
Lovense Lush 4: the internal pick
Lush 4 is an egg-shaped vibrator worn internally, with a curved body and a tail that stays outside. Lovense describes a “wearable, hands-free design” and says you can control it through the buttons on the toy or the Lovense Remote app. It weighs 75 g, has a silicone body and an electroplated plastic tail, is rated IPX7, and Lovense lists up to 350 minutes of use.
Lovense lists a minimum sound level of 36 dB and markets Lush 4 for discreet wear in public. We haven’t measured its noise or worn it, so treat both as Lovense’s claims.
It may suit you if you prefer internal stimulation and want the longest stated battery of the three. It is less likely to suit you if you rely on clitoral contact, because it offers none.
SVAKOM Edeny: the external pick
Edeny is a small clitoral vibrator, 91 × 38 × 25 mm and 43 g, worn externally with nothing inserted. SVAKOM calls it a “wearable interactive clitoral panty vibrator”, and its manual shows it worn on the adjustable tie-side lingerie that comes in the box. You can switch it on and change modes with the button on the toy, or pair it with the SVAKOM App. It has 11 vibration modes, a silicone and ABS body, an IPX7 rating and a stated battery life of 1 hour. SVAKOM doesn’t state a sound level for it.
It may suit you if you want external-only stimulation and the option to use it without an app. The manual shows it on the included lingerie; how well it sits in other underwear isn’t documented.
Lovense Flexer: the internal-and-external pick
Flexer is a panty vibrator with an insertable arm and an external pad. Lovense describes it as “hands-free and comfortable to wear in any set-up, under any clothes”, with three motors (clitoral vibration, G-spot vibration and a come-hither movement) that you can run separately or together. There’s no separate remote in the box; Lovense describes control through the Lovense Remote app, with 7 preset patterns. It is rated IPX7, and Lovense lists 65 to 120 minutes of continuous use. Lovense doesn’t state a sound level for it.
It may suit you if you want internal and external stimulation at once while your hands stay free. It is insertable, so fit is personal, and its documented controls are app-based.
Also hands-free, but not on this list: Lovense Vulse is a thrusting egg that Lovense describes as hands-free. Its product page doesn’t describe it as wearable, so we left it off.
How to choose
Where you want stimulation
Internal, external or both: that decides the shape more than anything else. If you’re unsure whether external stimulation is what works for you, our clitoral vibrator guide covers it in depth.
How it stays in place
An internal toy is held by its shape; an external one by underwear. The makers describe these designs as wearable, but none of the three documents how secure it is while you walk. SVAKOM itself notes, in its guide to wearable vibrators, that walking or sudden movement can shift a wearable without a proper fit, and suggests testing the fit at home first.
Controlling it while it’s on
None of these comes with a physical remote. Lush 4 and Edeny have buttons on the toy, which are handy before you put it on but not always reachable once it’s in place. For changes while you’re wearing it, all three rely on the app. If someone else will control it, our guides to app-controlled vibrators (same room) and long-distance vibrators (another city) go further.
Noise
Only Lovense gives a figure, for Lush 4: a minimum of 36 dB. Neither Edeny nor Flexer has a stated sound level. SVAKOM’s own guide says even quiet vibrators make faint sound in a silent room or up close. We haven’t measured any of them.
Battery
Stated battery runs from 1 hour (Edeny) and 65–120 minutes (Flexer) to up to 350 minutes (Lush 4).
Wearing one outside the home
Lovense markets Lush 4 and Flexer for discreet public wear, and SVAKOM describes Edeny as discreet. Those are the makers’ descriptions, not something we’ve verified. SVAKOM’s own guidance is a sensible baseline: test noise and fit at home first, involve only people who have agreed to it, and check local laws, because any sexual activity that others can see or hear can have legal consequences.
Accounts and controls
Two of the three can be used without the app, because Lush 4 and Edeny both have buttons on the toy. For Edeny, SVAKOM says its app needs no login for solo use but does require one for remote control. For the Lovense picks, we couldn’t confirm from Lovense’s own pages whether solo app use needs an account. Our guide to app-controlled vibrators covers each brand’s app and account details.
Care after wearing
Clean a wearable before and after each use, as you would any vibrator. Check the manual on lubricant: SVAKOM’s Edeny manual, for example, warns against silicone-based lubricant, oils and lotions. For cleaning and infection risk, see our guide to vibrators and UTIs.
How we chose, and what we can’t tell you
We checked the wearable candidates in our Vibe Picks collection against their makers’ own pages. Four are described by their makers as wearable: the three here and Lovense Ferri, a magnetic clitoral vibrator worn in underwear. Ferri is worn the same way as Edeny, so we kept one pick for each way of wearing. Two others aren’t described as wearable: Lovense describes Vulse as hands-free but not wearable, and SVAKOM sells Plume as a bullet vibrator.
This is a short list on purpose, from two brands, and not a survey of every wearable vibrator on the market. We have not tested these products, so we can’t tell you how they feel, how secure they are while you move, or how audible they are in practice. Every specification here is the manufacturer’s.
FAQ
Can you wear a wearable vibrator all day?
None of the three makers documents a maximum wear time, and stated battery life runs from 1 hour to up to 350 minutes. Follow the manual, and take it out if anything feels uncomfortable.
Are wearable vibrators quiet?
Some makers say so. Lovense lists a minimum of 36 dB for Lush 4; the other two picks have no stated figure. Even quiet toys can be heard up close.
Do I need the app?
Not for basic use of Lush 4 or Edeny, which have buttons on the toy. Lovense describes Flexer’s control through the app. The app is what lets you change settings, or let a partner control it, while it’s being worn.
Is a wearable vibrator the same as a hands-free vibrator?
Not quite. Every wearable is hands-free, but many hands-free toys aren’t worn: couples vibrators held in place during sex, ride-on pads, or toys held by your body’s position.
Can a partner control a wearable vibrator?
Yes, through the app, for all three. See our guides to app-controlled vibrators and long-distance vibrators.
